Jane Weiss, Founding Partner
Jane was one of the founding partners of David Perry Associates, a national placement firm specializing in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. In 1986, she had a vision, prompted by staffing industry trends and driven by her desire to create something of her own. Perry Resources (then known as Perry Temps) was born as a natural next-step for Jane and her partner, expanding their recruitment services in the local area across all industries. Since that time, she has been leading the tri-state staffing market through developing strong long-term client partnerships. She is known for her personal touch in dealing with clients and has solidified those relationships by placing all levels of top talent throughout various industries. Our clients have come to rely on Jane’s advice regarding staffing matters given her extensive knowledge of the local market and ability to identify their unique employee needs.
Wendy A. Brooks, Director
Wendy joined Perry Resources in 2012; after many years building and managing a successful temporary staffing and recruitment firm of her own (Brooks Personnel), the strategic decision was made to merge her company with another highly successful staffing and recruitment firm. She chose Perry Resources based on our great reputation in providing businesses the most sought-after talent in the southern New Jersey market. Wendy brings a wealth of experience in staffing and business management. Through this partnership, we have come to depend on Wendy’s professionalism, expertise in staffing, attention to detail, and energetic personality to ensure the highest level of service to all of our clients.
Tracey Luke, Manager
Tracey started her career in sales, finding her passion for recruiting in 2006. She has been a valued member of our recruitment team since 2010. Tracey’s friendly demeanor, coupled with her high sense-of-urgency, has proven to be a great combination for Perry Resources. She is known for her ability to fill our client’s critical needs. Her track record of placing temporary, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions across multiple industries and functions, is second to none. Tracey enjoys the fast pace of the industry but most of all she likes helping people, whether that is getting someone back to work after being unemployed or finding them a position that offers an opportunity for growth potential. Her personal touch, with clients and candidates alike, has been one of the keys to our success.
Megan Goldfarb, Manager
Megan began her career in the financial services industry and has been with Perry Resources since 2000. In 2006, she took some time off from full-time work to pursue an entrepreneurial venture. During that time, she never lost touch with her Perry family and has been back with us since 2010. Through the years, she has been responsible for candidate recruitment, client development, and office administration. Megan loves interacting with people. She has a friendly and outgoing nature which has made her a long-standing favorite of the Perry Team. Megan has become someone that our clients and candidates both trust and depend on for exceptional service.
